$350 month-to-month rental; 30 days advance notice to end rental agreement; first month’s rental ($350), one month security deposit ($350, returned when agreement ends with at least 30 days notice), and $100 deposit for the remote-controlled garage door ‘clicker’ due up front, for a ‘move in’ total of $800. (Thereafter, $350/month.)
